2024 seen two classes complete the GOTAFE Emerging Leaders program in Shepparton.

Emerging Leaders is designed to encourage the development of the leader within the person.

Topics covered:

1. Exploring leadership and the leader within

2. Emotional intelligence, emotional triggers and how to respond to conflict

3. Effective communication at all levels, difficult conversation, and conversation plans

4. Change management, continuous improvement & solution focused strategies

5. Social intelligence via Team building and developing healthy group dynamics

6. Developing your very own professional development plan
